Online Counseling at Fullerton College

What is On-line Counseling:
This service is to provide FC students or prospective students with a resource to ask general counseling questions that pertain to reaching their educational goal at Fullerton College. Some questions may require an appointment with a counselor on campus. It should also be noted that due to changes in college requirements and policies, all replies are to be used as advisory and informational only and will not constitute an official determination by FC.
Responses will be handled in a timely manner based on the counselor availability, Monday to Thursday when college is in session. Please read the following before using this service.
On-line Counseling IS available for services such as:
- clarification of college procedures and policies
- certificate, degree and transfer requirements
- course prerequisites
- course offerings and majors available
- referrals to other programs/services
- transferability of FC course
To assure confidentiality and for security reasons online counseling is NOT available for:
- graduation checks
- transcript evaluations
NO PREREQUISITE CLEARANCES ONLINE UNLESS THE COURSE WAS TAKEN AT FULLERTON COLLEGE.
Information provided by counselors is subject to the limitations of current and available material.
